Did you know 1 in 8 people in the UK is an unpaid carer? So even if you aren’t one, chances are you know a friend or family member who is. This Carers Week, why not reach out to one of them and show your support? Carers are seven times more likely to feel lonely, so your message could be just what they need today.

If you are a carer, please fill in the 'Carer Form' in surgery.  We can help support you and signpost you to services that might be able to help.  Remember, what you are doing is important and you are not alone!
