Medication Requests

Telephone medication requests are taking too long on the phone. This leaves patients in a queue and is causing delays in calls being answered. Please can we ask that you either speak to your nominated pharmacy, email in your medication requests to bcicb.pmpgp@nhs.net or order on the NHS App/Patient Access App. Alternatively, please drop your written request in the boxes provided in reception.
